Getting Started
How do I ask someone a question?
Visit any user's profile by going to qubi.fun/u/[username]. You'll see a question box where you can type your anonymous question and hit "Send Question". Your identity will remain completely hidden.
How do I create my profile?
Currently, Qubi is launching as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Profile creation will be available through our upcoming mobile applications. Stay tuned for the official launch!
How do I answer questions I receive?
Once you have the mobile app, you'll receive notifications for new questions. You can choose to answer publicly (visible on your profile) or privately. All answers can be shared as beautiful story cards on social media.
Privacy & Safety
Is Qubi really anonymous?
Yes! We don't store or track the identity of question senders. However, we do maintain technical safeguards to prevent abuse while protecting your anonymity. For more details, check our Privacy Policy.
What if I receive inappropriate questions?
You can report any inappropriate content to safety@qubi.app. We take harassment and abuse seriously and will take appropriate action including content removal and account suspension.
Can I block certain users?
Yes, the mobile app will include blocking features to prevent specific users from sending you questions. You'll also be able to set content filters and privacy preferences.
How do you protect my data?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. We don't sell your data, and we comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
App & Features
When will the mobile apps be available?
Qubi for iOS and Android is coming soon! We're putting the finishing touches on the apps to ensure they meet our high standards for user experience and privacy. Follow us for updates on the official launch date.
What features will be available in the app?
The mobile app will include: anonymous question sending, customizable story cards for sharing, Instagram and Snapchat integration, push notifications, content filters, user blocking, and multiple Q&A games like "Never Have I Ever" and "Ask Me Anything".
Can I share my Q&As on social media?
Absolutely! The app creates beautiful, shareable story cards that are perfectly sized for Instagram Stories, Snapchat, and other social platforms. You can customize backgrounds and styles to match your vibe.
Will there be a web version?
We're focusing on mobile first, but a full web version is planned for the future. Currently, you can view profiles and questions on the web, but the complete experience will be available through our mobile apps.
Account & Profile
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time through the mobile app settings or by contacting support@qubi.app. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I change my username?
Currently, usernames are permanent once chosen to maintain consistency for your followers. However, you can update your display name and bio anytime in the app settings.
What's the difference between verified and premium accounts?
Verified accounts have a blue checkmark for public figures and authentic accounts. Premium accounts will have additional features like advanced customization, priority support, and extra privacy controls (coming soon).
Technical Issues
I'm having trouble sending questions
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact us at support@qubi.app with details about the error you're experiencing.
The website isn't loading properly
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing the site in an incognito/private browsing window. Qubi works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
I found a bug or have a feature request
We'd love to hear from you! Send bug reports and feature requests to support@qubi.app. Include as much detail as possible so we can improve Qubi for everyone.
