End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

• Qubi Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
• This license is for personal, non-commercial use on any compatible mobile device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
• Use the Application for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Application to any third party
• Use the Application in any unlawful or unauthorized manner

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Qubi Inc.

4. Updates and Maintenance

Qubi Inc. may, from time to time, provide updates or enhancements to the Application. Such updates will be considered part of the Application and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or Qubi Inc. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Application from your device.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Qubi Inc. does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qubi Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
